Fleet Feet Sports Training Programs

Runfit Half Marathon and Marathon

These 15-week and 17-week programs are perfect for beginner or advanced half and full marathon runners.

Runners will meet at 7AM Saturday mornings for group long runs, 7PM on Tuesdays for track/hill workouts, and 7PM on select Thursday evenings for group tempo runs.

There will be an info session at 11AM on Sunday, June 26th. The first training session will be at 7AM on Saturday, July 9th.
